My (Ever-Evolving) Daily Routine

I am a few days out from my trip to CTCA Zion and I’ve been asked by the doctors there to put together my daily routine. I’ve never really written it down because I really don’t do everything at the same time every day (even though I should). Getting back into the work world a few days a week throws a lot of routine out the window, but here is my anti-cancer health routine that I try to (and want to) follow. The hardest thing for me is waking up early and getting to bed early, which are both extremely important to recovery from something as serious as cancer. Writing this down will definitely help me out.

6:00 – Get Out of Bed
6:05 – Drink Green Tea
6:10 – Take Supplements: European Milk Thistle (3 caps) / Tumeric with Minerva (3 caps) / Coriolis Versicolor (5 caps) / CBD Oil Spray (3 sprays) / Frankincense Oil (2 drops) / Vitaspectrum Multivitamin Powder in Apple Cider Vinegar (1 shot) / Fish Oil (1 tablespoon) / Vitamin D3 (2 drops) /
6:15 – Meditate / Relax / Wake Up
7:00 – Make Juice (4 lbs of carrots / 2 pounds of celery / 1 beet / 1 inch of ginger root)
7:30 – Drink Juice (12oz)
7:35 – Make Breakfast / Eat Breakfast
8:00 – Exercise (Rebounding on mini trampoline / situps / pushups)
8:30 – Shower / Get Dressed
9:00 – Make Fruit Smoothie
9:15 – On Days I go to Work: Make Lunch / Pack Lunch / Pack Juice / Drive to Work ; On Days I Work From Home: Start working.
10:30 – Healthy Snack (Fruit / Nuts / Etc) / Drink Juice (12oz) / Take Supplements: Frankincense Oil (2 drops) / Vitamin D (2 drops)
12:00 – Lunch (Usually a Giant Salad / Fruit Smoothie)
12:30 – Drink Green Tea
1:00 – Exercise (Rebounding on mini trampoline / situps / pushups)
1:30 – Drink Juice (12oz) / Take Supplements: Frankincense Oil (2 drops) / Vitamin D (2 drops) / CBD Oil Spray (3 sprays)
3:00 – Healthy Snack (Fruit / Nuts / Etc)
4:30 – Drink Juice (12oz) / Take Supplements: Frankincense Oil (2 drops) / Vitamin D (2 drops)
5:00 – Make/Eat Dinner
5:30 – Drink Green Tea
6:00 – Exercise (Rebounding on mini trampoline / situps / pushups)
7:30 – Drink Juice (12oz)
8:00 – Put Kids to Bed
9:00 – Eat Healthy Snack / Relax / Watch TV / Read / Play Xbox / Play iPad / Etc.
9:30 – Drink Green Tea / Take Supplements: CBD Oil Capsule (1 capsule) / Frankincense Oil (2 drops) / Vitamin D3 (2 drops) / Melatonin (1 pill)
10:00 – Get into Bed / Try to Sleep

This would be my perfect routine; however, there are times and days when this isn’t completely possible to follow. Kids, work, errands (grocery shopping pretty much every day of the week) and life change it up. We’ve learned to do our best to plan ahead of time but sometimes we can’t follow this routine 100%. 80% is still better than nothing. When I go to CTCA Zion, I will likely add things to this routine or change it up depending on what they recommend.

Fighting cancer, whether doing it conventionally or naturally, is a full-time job itself. Our life kind of revolves around me and it will for some time. It’s definitely gotten better once I was able to run errands and do all these natural treatments on my own. Going into work is tough, but I’m trying my best to figure it out. Working helps me focus on something else during the day, which I feel is important to beating this disease.

I Am Greater Than Cancer.
